The Kiwanis Seniors Housing Society of West Vancouver was created with a mandate to establish and maintain affordable housing for the community’s low-income seniors. Kiwanis Court was built as part of their efforts to uphold that mandate, and building access has been designed to provide security while taking the needs of seniors and handicapped residents into account.
